At Elle Property Management, we prioritize prompt and thorough communication. We respond daily to inquiries about properties and strive to get back to potential tenants as quickly as possible. We believe in providing excellent customer service and are always ready to assist applicants who need guidance. We offer convenient online rent payments, and maintenance is streamlined through a partnered software called “Property Meld,” which allows residents to schedule directly with the technician for faster, more efficient service.

Unlike other property management companies, our application process is completely free. Rental applications only take a couple of minutes through our website. Once your application is complete, it is electronically delivered to our team for review. If you prefer to talk to a staff member directly about your application, please call our office at (530) 809-4874. Maria will happily answer any questions or help guide you through the application process.

Once the initial application is complete, we may require additional supporting documents. Our team understands that this step may require more hands-on help, and we are happy to provide the necessary support to any potential resident.

During the move-in and move-out process, we take hundreds of photos of the property and upload them to a shared Google link. These photos provide the owner and the tenant with a reference point, eliminating any questions about the property's condition.

Prior to move-out, we offer a pre-inspection within a couple of days of the end of the lease. During this inspection, we walk through the property with the resident, noting any potential charges that may affect the return of their security deposit. Our goal is to provide a clear checklist of what can be done to ensure the return of the full security deposit.

Despite popular belief, security deposits not returned to the resident due to damage or excessive wear are held in a liability account, separate from our day-to-day operations. We do not benefit from these funds in any way and would prefer that they be returned to the resident upon move-out.

Elle Property Management works with a reputable, local company to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance requests. Tenants can easily place work orders and connect with vendors almost immediately through our Resident Portal and Property Meld. We pride ourselves on our responsive maintenance team and regularly follow up to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Rest assured that we have an emergency response team available at all times. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our tenants, and we handle any emergencies promptly and efficiently.
