Ellen is a thorough pro: responsive, unflappable, flexible, reasonable, organized and up-to-date in her systems. The monthly reports her office issues are clear, concise, comprehensive and comprehend-able. She works hard, but never seems put-upon. Her commission is reasonable too.

I've with ELLE a year now. She gained her experience at an older firm, where she was a conspicuous standout. (In a good way!)

Ellen was one of the best property managers I have had to date. She consistently called me back and followed up with me about any concerns or issues I had. You could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to make sure both her properties and the residents were taken care of. She even does a pre-walk through at no charge to make sure that you get your full deposit back, which is amazing and unheard of now a days. Maria did my pre-walk through and was great. Ellen was an amazing property manger. If anything was ever broken or needed tending to she didn't hesitate to get it taken care of right away. She is also one of the fairest property managers Ive ever dealt with. When I decided to move she completed her walk through of the apt after I was finished. Instead of just deducting any concerns she had with the apt she called and gave me the opportunity to take care of it myself. I got my full deposit back!

Ellen was a dream as a land lord. My family had a water heater emergency at 4:30 on a Friday, one call to Ellen and it was taken care of immediately. Not only was she always prompt with the few issues that arose but she was more than fair when it came time to move out. My family bought a home a were hoping to get out of our lease early. Ellen jumped right on finding a new renter, which she was at no obligation to do. Our move out went smoothly and dispite being in the apartment for 2 years and we got our entire deposit back!
